What is Pathways?
Pathways is Toastmaster's online learning experience designed to help build skills to reach personal and professional goals. Upon joining Turbo Toasters, each Toastmaster will select a path, which is a specialized structure of learning content that can be customized to suit each individual's goals and needs.

Pathways provides a wide array of resources to develop communication and leadership skills, and each path delivers a more focused set of resources to reach your personal development goals by targeting one of Toastmaster's five core competencies:

How do I Select a Path?
Detailed information regarding the targeted competencies and associated projects of each path can be found in the document below. Members are free to choose a path manually, or can start by taking the Pathways Assessment. This assessment will help you identify your personal goals and interests and recommends specific paths that best align with these.
