Can anyone become a member?

Anyone inside or outside Solar can join our club, which greatly increases the networking opportunities of all our members.

Am I required to speak at club meetings as a guest?

No. You are not obligated to speak when visiting a club as a guest. You may simply observe if you wish but you will be asked to say your name at the beginning of the meeting and share what you thought at the end.

How much does it cost to become a member?

The cost is $66 every 6 months with an initial membership fee. If you are a Solar Turbines employee, you are able to apply for reimbursement. Please reach out to the Treasurer for more information!

When and where are the club meetings held?

We meet 11:25am-12:30pm every Tuesday. You can join from on Teams or in person or at the Solar Turbines San Diego Office, Harbor Drive or Kearny Mesa.

Am I required to speak at club meetings as a member?

As a member, you will be required to hold roles which will involve speaking. We are very open to scheduling that suits your needs, but speaking is required, yes. 

Do I have to be a member to attend the meetings?

Nope! You can join as a guest as many times as you would like.
